Partner, Operations
With more than 24 years of experience in the property preservation and property services industry, Breezy Perkins brings extensive hands-on knowledge and a deep understanding of the unique needs of property owners, asset managers, property management companies, and rental property clients. Throughout her career, Breezy has worked closely with preservation crews and contractors across a wide range of property types and scopes. Her experience includes everything from renter-occupied handyman repairs and routine property maintenance to small repairs and large-scale rehabilitation projects. Breezy has built her business around reliable crews, strong communication, detailed documentation, and quality workmanship. She understands the importance of working efficiently while maintaining the standards required to protect each property and the client's investment. Her experience in the field allows her to recognize potential issues early, coordinate the appropriate trades, and manage projects from initial assessment through completion. Whether a property requires a minor repair, a full rental turn, extensive rehabilitation, or preservation services, Breezy brings a hands-on approach and a commitment to getting the job done correctly. As one of the owners of Radius, Breezy continues to build a network of experienced crews and trusted professionals while providing clients with dependable service, accountability, and the personal attention that comes from working directly with an experienced industry professional.
Ethan Schnaid
Partner, Finance & Administration
Ethan Schnaid has been a partner at Radius Property Services since 2021. Ethan oversees the company's finance and administrative functions, including accounting, banking and treasury, human resources, vendor compliance, and insurance compliance. Alongside his role at Radius, Ethan is a serial entrepreneur, managing a portfolio of investments, including rental properties. His experience combines hands-on financial and operational leadership with an entrepreneurial approach to building and managing businesses.
